Privacy
What stays here, and what leaves.
The short version: your work stays in your browser. Two things can leave it, and each only when you ask.
In your browser
Activities, school lists, secondaries and the character counter draft are saved in this browser's local storage. They are never sent to us. Clearing site data erases them, so export a backup from any tool first. The fee assistance checker and the calculators run in the page and send nothing.
If you subscribe
The cycle calendar form sends your email address, the list name (premed-cycle), the page you were on, and any utm tags in the link you used to our sign-up service, which is run by the same person who runs this site. We send one confirmation email and nothing else until you click the confirm link. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link. We do not sell or share the list.
The consent text next to the button is stored with your sign-up so there is a record of what you agreed to.
If you buy Pro
Checkout happens on polar.sh, which handles your payment details and emails you a license key. The key you paste into the Pro page is checked with api.polar.sh and stored in this browser so it can be re-checked weekly. We never see your card.
