Official application cycle dates.
The dates AAMC, AACOM, TMDSAS and Liaison have published for applicants submitting in 2026 to start in 2027, each cited to the official page.
AMCAS (MD)

Regular deadlines are set by each school and fall from Sept. to Dec.; AAMC lists them in its participating schools and deadlines tool. Transcripts must arrive within 14 days of a school's deadline. Fees are on the AMCAS fees page.
AACOMAS (DO)

TMDSAS grants no deadline extensions, and payment must go in before the deadline. Texas uses a match: you rank schools by the ranking deadline and results come out on match day. The flat fee is on the TMDSAS fee page.
CASPA (PA)
