The schedule
For the 2026-2027 cycle, the AACOMAS application fee is $198 and includes submission to one designated college. Add $60 for each additional designation. AACOM says payment is by credit or debit card only.

Where it differs from AMCAS
AACOMAS costs more per school than AMCAS and the gap widens with each school. The side by side is on the AACOMAS vs AMCAS cost page. Applying to both services is common; the combined fee for 20 schools through each is on the 20 schools page.
